What is Energy Well?
Energy Well is a patented small modular reactor developed by the Research Center Řež. The project uses the latest knowledge in the field of salt smelting technologies that come from the Czech Republic, thanks to grants from the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
What is our goal?
Our goal is to bring a safe and easily portable power plant to places where you desperately need a stable source of energy to produce heat, electricity or hydrogen. The primary, secondary and tertiary cooling circuits and all support systems are assembled at the factory and then shipped as individual units to the site. This concept is close to the plug-and-play philosophy and represents a unique technical solution for small modular reactors.
